PMAG 30 Magazines internally blocked to hold only 10 rounds making it available to California & New York residents. Blocked magazines are restricted to only loading a maximum of 10 rounds through the use of an internal block. There is no visible alteration to the exterior of the magazine, however the base plate is glued shut to prevent the block from being removed, thus making it a permanent alteration as required by law.

California state laws states that magazines must be made to permanently hold ten rounds, with permanent requiring a tool to render back into high capacity mags. The blocked magazines cannot be made to hold more than ten rounds without destroying the magazine in the process.

We offer two types of restricted magazines, the pinned magazine and the blocked magazine. The pinned magazine holds ten rounds and still allows the baseplate to be removed for cleaning. The blocked magazine has no visible exterior modification but the baseplate is not removable.

The PMAG is a lightweight 5.56x45 NATO (.223 Remington) AR15/M16 compatible magazine. It features an advanced impact resistant polymer construction, a pop-off Impact/Dust Cover for storage, and an easy to disassemble design with a flared floorplate for positive magazine extraction from pouches. The PMAG 30 utilizes a resilient stainless steel spring for corrosion resistance and a anti-tilt, self-lubricating follower for increased reliability.

The Pmag's latest revision has been updated with a new body ribbing design which allows for better compatibility with aftermarket mag couplers, a new follower which provides even smoother loading with military stripper clips, and the Impact/Dust Cover can now be snapped onto the floorplate when not in use to prevent possible loss.

New York mags will have the base plates glued closed and have a roll pin inserted into the base plate.
